Caching Server - Failed with status code 400, reason code 66

Noticed a new problem thats started in the latest release of OS X Server.

The caching server log shows caching data coming from google storage centres used by apple is denied because the source is not whitelisted.

Followed by: Failed with status code 400, reason code 66

Had a "denied because the source is not whitelisted" problem earlier this year that lasted for about a month - positive this was a "back end" fix by Apple.

Has anyone else checked their caching logs recently? Can people check and see if they are experiencing this?
